VERY cold today ( -28/-34 wind chill). I completely overdressed for my ride to work and showed up sweaty mess. I wish I could resolve my glasses fogging up during my ride...
Last day of the Wellness Walking Challenge at work. 7000 steps/day for a minimum of 10 days in February and you get entered into a bunch of cool draws. I only missed three days this month (two of them were spend in airports or on planes)

7 km on the treadmill this morning with some hills thrown in to keep things interesting. It's a cut back week!
