Humid Wednesday

I may as well continue the "H" theme.

I can't run until a bit later, but it will be a humid one.

18 km total of run commuting today to avoid the road closures and traffic snarls caused by the Three Amigos visit in Ottawa. Managed to get my daughter back from camp before they closed the bridge for the motorcade - thankful I took the stroller instead of driving!
