Tin Can Thursday

Postby ian » Thu Jan 19, 2017 10:13 am

(definitely a thing)

14K at dark o'clock. The recent mild weather is starting to make for some icy sidewalks. Meanwhile, the worst of my bug seems to be over.

I was out for my little 3K, 4-and-1 jaunt around the neighbourhood. Baby steps. 2 degrees above 0 this morning at oh-dark-thirty -- so different from -5 or so on Monday!

Great to see you back here again, BaldGuy!

I'm still off running while my knee mends. I think it is starting to feel better, but we'll see what Éric the physio has to say tomorrow.
