Thursday - Where is everybody?

Postby BaldGuy » Thu Jan 26, 2017 6:18 pm

If I'm starting the daily thread at 6:15 PM, it must be because everybody else is in Barbados or some other warm place, sipping fruity rum-based drinks, basking in the sun, and not running in the cold and dark.

I ran in the cold and dark this morning, 20 minutes with 5 minutes each warmup and warmdown. Not very fast, but damn, I've stuck to my schedule during what has been a busy and sometimes trying week (and it's only THURSDAY!).

Enjoy that beach, Maniacs! Rest day tomorrow.
