Not an easy one, but when people see the community in action, it has a more profound impact.

And is we ever do shirts again, having the site address in large print on the back with a tag line would be a good one too

I agree completely.

From where we're at now though, baby steps to get there. Currently I feel like we're running a skeleton crew. :/

We should go back to poaching users from the RunningRoom forums, like in the good ole days.

There is a squash soup recipe?

I tried a whole new mix of spices which I naturally didn't record or measure, and by the time I could log in and post them I couldn't remember.

But it's sooo yummy.

I know I added some celery seed, coriander seed and a bit of chili pepper, along with cumin and a touch of curry, but I'm sure the was something else that was an odd choice but it escapes me.

It doesn't have to be on a strict schedule, whatever you can commit to. For Dale's, maybe what we could do is tweet and discuss what you're already blogging in your blog, rather than re-invent the wheel... it would drive traffic to your existing blog but also generate discussion/traffic for us.

I did offer, but then later I doubted my ability to follow through-- I can't even keep up my log!

But I might be able to commit to a monthly topical post.

The "Frequently asked questions" section I mentioned would be better as not a blog but more as fixed content.

We tried that before and it didn't really work (remember we had a FAQ section? It died out).

Now we have to start using them regularly!

Do we have an Ottawa/Toronto volunteer? Someone who can cover the June m&g but also be an ongoing local ambassador for social media in Ontario?

Maybe we can use the "regram" app to re-post some instagram posts of our community members? That way IC and Eme can promote other regions at the same time? I'm not at enough events to be a local ambassador for the region.

I'd consider that a low priority task. :)
