Awesome 11K run in gorgeous conditions this morning, REDBLACKS game this afternoon and the big fight later this evening!

10km roadrace in Trophy Club, Tx. 2nd in my age group 60-64 age cat. The race was called Military Heroes 5/10km run.

Lovely 18k run today, ran to and then down the Arbutus corridor and ended up at Granville Island. It was perfect weather, warm and sunny but with a nice refreshing breeze. We got to Granville Island just as they were turning on the water at the water park so I got to ice my knees and ankles.

5km done! Tweaked my new route a bit and it's almost perfect now.
