Brand New Day Wednesday

Postby Avis » Wed Aug 30, 2017 11:11 am

It's from a song we sang last year in my choir: "...the sun is a-shining and the rain isn't falling like it was just yesterday...it's a brand new day!" And that thought is especially for my sister in Houston, who's brand new house weathered the floods unscathed.

Anyway, I covered just over 7k today, running and walking.

"I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it."
--Pablo Picasso

Running is a conversation with your body. Sometimes you listen and sometimes you tell it to stop whining and do something. - Ian
