Or at least it felt like it out there with a humidex of 31, LOL.

7K done. Rest now until the Army Run this Sunday.

Yes, some glorious warm weather here this week--owed to us from the lousy summer we had. I covered 6.5k today, some of it was running. Have a great weekend, all you Maniacs!

There was no Saturday thread! I guess I'm the only one who ran on Saturday. :) so I'll put it here: I just did 5km. But even with a short run I had to walk the last bit because I started feeling woozy and weak. I think it's due to my recent med changes. Will keep trying.
