Doonst runs Ottawa Fall Colours
Great run, Sheldon. It's amazing how those good runs sneak up on you when you least expect it. See what happens when you don't try to follow some other maniac and stick to your own plan???? That's a great race on that course. As Dave says, sub 1.40 on a flat course is so close you can bite it.....

Re: Doonst runs Ottawa Fall Colours
Congratulations Sheldon.
I am still amazed how you guys are doing this Fall Tour with all these races in such a short span....and not falling apart.
It's unfortunate that I only met a few maniacs for such a brief moment. I keep trying to put names to faces and haven't filled in all the blanks...I am really bad on first encounters Hopefully, we'll meet again soon.
Best of luck on finishing your Fall tour and once again well done.
Now get some rest will you
