Had one of those runs this morning...the really good kind

You know the ones,,,, the ones that make you so HAPPY to be a runner? Where the sun is shining but not too hot yet? When your legs warm up easily and quickly and then feel good, the whole time????
When you get an hour in and feel like you could run all day????? The kind of run that does NOT happen every time and sometimes it gets hard to remember what they are like?
Well that's the run I had this morning and I'm so thankful and just living off the high right now.
11 miles in 1:49:49, some trail some road.

I was worried because I didn't sleep well last night, maybe 2 or 3 full hours and my tummy was really off this morning. I told my friends who I was running with that I may have to bail early. But we got going and ..............................bliss.

We are so lucky we can run people, when it works like this there is NOTHING like it.

Time for something to eat and a shower.

A happy and satistfied runner,
Cheryl
