We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Despite being clothed I had a great time :D

Couldn't imagine anywhere else I'd rather of been then running with my Maniac family the first day of the New Year. We did discuss doing this in Cuba next year though

Thanks to Dwayne for the great pics - same time next year? :D :D

Long enough that the shrinkage is still profound...

It's around the Formal Garden in Assiniboine Park, so about 700m.

You should have come out!

I love those mitts Jill has. In one pic the caption should be "I wish I could fit in these!"

Let's start with a confession: I'm not trustworthy when it comes to movies. I'm two-minded about them. Take this year's Saw film. I sat there in my favorite seat — third row middle, so the screen towers above me — and my forebrain was thinking, Oh, man, this is the year's biggest pile of cinematic dog vomit. But the rest of my brain is thinking, I'm at the mooooovies! IS THIS GREAT OR WHAT?

Actually, it was two separate events. The Polar Bare was at 9am (-15!!) and is about 700m. The resolution run was at 11am, and about 7k.
