TRX

Postby abhainn » Tue Jul 24, 2012 11:13 am

The apartment I moved into last month has a small, but well equipped gym in the basement. I went down last night to try out TRX for the first time ever  My legs are okay this morning, but holy hanna my arms, specifically triceps, are feeling it 12 hours later. Usually it takes 24 hours for DOMS to hit. I think by that time tonight I won't be able to lift my arms at all. I'm actually finding it a little difficult to type right now.

I love my TRX.

They have many videos online at fitnessanywhere.com

I like to do some of the combo moves. I put 5 front arm moves together and turn around and do 2 back moves. Pretty sweet.

I'm going to check out that site Spirit. I'd like to find some good leg exercises to go along with my sore arms :)
