Queen City Marathon

2006 was my first year at this course in Regina. The organization was good, the course was flat and had some beautiful scenery, a few spots were congested, but generall it was a nice run.
The medals were nice, and the race director is a funny guy, with entertaining e-mails and wonderful commentary along the finish line. Lots of volunteers and spectators, the city had a great 'vibe'
2 things I wish they would change....better food, the post race food was minimal.....a cookie a muffin and some fruit.
Everyone gets a cotton shirt with their race packages, and only the full marathoners get a tech shirt at the end.
Regina is a beautiful and flat race to run. I will be returning!!
