Up before the sun to get out to Elkwater to volunteer for a trail tri. Beautiful day for it, about 15C at the start and only 20C when last runner came in. It's 29C back here in the city though, debating a run.

I had to fight that voice in the back of my head saying to quit because I'm tired. I won, 13k done.

Not feeling well today, quit after 4km.

No, I'm not doing anything "trashy". I did 11k easy, but man, my legs were trashed from yesterday.

I'm so glad the lady is alright. That is crazy.

6x 1 mile, warm up and cool down for 17.3km. Nice and cool at 15C.

Ran on a new route/trail today and I wanted a map so I could see where we went. I messed up my Garmin so over a km is missing. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to do it again to get a good map.
10k done, then cinnamon buns and coffee with the group!

6km, then an hour coffee break, 10km the long way home. It was hard to get going after the stop.

16k done on a warm morning. Smoke is in the air, not bad right now but enough to notice it.

19.3k with 14.4 @ RP.

4K on my own, 6 with a friend. Cool and not too smokey this morning.

16k inside because of a smoke warning from the BC fires.
