If you finish in the top 3, you're obviously not new to racing and should know the rules. A lot of us here never finish in the top 100 and I'm sure we all know the rules. $5.00 is a nominal and reasonable fee to pay for your chance at medals/prizes.

I've been experimenting with barefoot running on my treadmill. I was having knee issues and found when I run barefoot my knee doesn't hurt.
