I did 5k on Wednesday morning on my treadmill. Not how I would have liked to start November, but I'll take it!

Congratulations on another marathon. A marathon is a marathon and when you're undertrained it's even harder no matter is you walk a lot, it's still 42.2km.

Very smokey again today. It's so irritating to the throat and eyes. I managed 8k before I decided that was enough. We need rain in this southern part of the province (and BC).

About 8k home after taking my daughter to work on the bus (non) system.

I did the Sulphur Mountain loop. It was tough. I ran maaaaybe 15% of it on the way up, rest was a fast hiking pace. The way down killed my quads, couldn't believe how hard that was actually! But it was beautiful and cool. Oh and by cool I mean literally cool - there was ice on the walkways at the t...

I forgot my Garmin but I think I did about 6.5k.

Heat warning, smoke, and air quality warning today. Went out for about 7.5k and could *feel* the smoke today.

Went to the gym and did the exercise bike for 15minutes, a bit of upper body strength and stretch.

We were driving home with cloud cover from Edmonton, didn't really notice anything different.

The air seems a bit heavy this morning. We had a thunderstorm last night and hoped it would clear out the smoke and haze, but I guess not. Plus, our humidity is 40%, and for us that is high, normally it's 15-20%.
