7 miles for me...to and through and back from the local trails

The big round thing is sort of a plate. It has spaces at the back to stick in the dog tags. There seems to be no way to hang it. I haven't figured out how to display it other than those plastic photo display thingies! :) What about one of those decorative plate stands? It's nice...I was curious tho...

3 miles on TM for me....watching Olympics

EndurRun marathon for me today.

14 miles outside for me. First 10 were pretty muggy and hot and then the skies opened up! Felt great but some of the heaviest rain I've ever run in, made it a bit hard to see...no complaints though. Had to ring out my shorts a couple of times as the weight of the water was puling them down!

No rain in Bradford, and 36c after work so I hit the treadmill for 2 miles when I got home from Amelia's swimming class.
