After a lovely trail run up the side of a mountain yesterday I'm resting my aching quads today.
Tomorrow we will be headed to the cabin for 5 days. Looking forward to the runs around the lake. Hopefully the weather will stay great.

easy day today, looking at 10K tonight after a solid long run yesterday. Just need to get the legs moving.

ART has helped with healing injuries as well as race recovery for me. I swear by it. Lucky to have a fantastic practitioner in the area. His wife is a runner and he really understands runners' needs for recovery and treatment. Anyone else have success/experience with this therapy?

Just curious how everyone likes to run. I know runners who are totally into running solo, it's their own time and they don't like to run with others. For me it's a great social thing. I love to run with my friends and look forward to that time. Long runs alone are so boring...........At races howeve...
