Finally some distance: 24K in the cold (-21 WC -27, SS=648).

Easy 10K, a bit of bite in the wind (-17 WC -25).

Three in a row for 10K. I suspect that the temperature that I found cool yet comfy is lower than at the COTU.

I used to wear shorts down to -10, in which case this morning would have been a good day for that. Instead, I sweated through 14K underneath a couple layers of clothing and a thickening layer of body fat.

10K in the cold (-26 WC -34). This is a really awkward temperature to dress for, as I'll still overheat with a full mask and thermal layers but I'll risk frostbite if I underdress.

Meh, it's not like it was the actual Olympics. These girls are best friends and were paid promote a running vacation in the Caribbean during a break between training cycles. How seriously should they have been taking themselves?

-25 when I went out for 14K. It's going to take a few runs to remember how to do this again.

I ran 12.3k in -20, -30WC. It actually wasn't bad once I got going.

That's the top score on RM so far this winter. If the weather still sucks, I might get 1000 on Sunday.

I'd be looking at a -28 wind chill to go out right now and that would have only been worth doing if it had been early enough to start the daily thread, given that today is International Ninja Day.
