WooHoo Wednesday
It's already been a pretty tough week at work, so REALLY glad it's Wednesday -- we're half way there!!
I've got a 12 km run scheduled for tonight, and I'm going to take it along the river and enjoy the changing colours and the calmness of the water...... yep, that'll be good!!
Have a great day!

We'll see. My back is sore today. But it was also sore last Wednesday and I managed quite a speedy run, so you never know! 6-8K on tap for me, depending on how I feel.

Good Morning!
Last night was 8K with the clinic, with 35 minutes @ tempo pace (for them - not me). I pulled up the caboose big time, and I was going way faster than I intended. The group rocked the tempo last night for sure!
Nothing this morning, and some assorted intervals at the track tonight.

Re: WooHoo Wednesday
WooHoo is right, I guess! Ran 15 km this morning in very nice conditions, and that's it for running until the marathon on Sunday. It's supposed to be warmish and showery out in the county, but of course anyone's guess. As usual I'll be taking every possible combination of clothing and make the final decision that morning. My parents arrive tonight, so a trip to the airport instead of Runpub for me. But I'll honour the spirit of Runpub with a glass of wine at home once Mom and Dad are settled in.
Have a great day - good taper vibes to all who are feeling the effects of Taper Madness!

Just the 4.5k walk to work for me today. I'm taking the week off of anything planned.

Back and Bicep work tonight at the gym followed by a run on the tm. Beautiful day out there, just going out for my morning one miler break walk.
Re: WooHoo Wednesday
Just a nice relaxing 5K loop in the March Highlands for me this morning. Love that place!
Re: WooHoo Wednesday
9.4km this morning. It was quite humid out for being out so early, but can't complain about wearing shorts and a T. Legs were still a little achey from my "overdidit" trail race on Saturday.

5 miles on TM tonight!
Re: WooHoo Wednesday
Trying to get back at it...still battling what I think is a groin pull that's been around pre-wookstock. Got out for 18.5 with Strider on Saturday, and a double 6k at lunch and 6k this evening. Need to get back on some schedule as not running is kinda boring.

5K this evening with the group. Knees were not too bad. I'm hoping I have a plan for them....

8K it was, and she graciously let me hang with her for the first 4K...
