I'm jealous of your run commute, Sonia! I was thinking I'd do the same today (and save myself a transit fare), but the logistics just didn't work out because I'd be left without a coat to go home in. :? I have to take my computer bag home with me tonight as I'm teaching off-site tomorrow, so I can't even run home, either.

Oh well. I'll run for 30 minutes when I get home this evening. Hope it's not raining too heavily.

Nicely done Sonia!

Morning!

Fitness workout today! 10 min w/u 7X3 minute hills @ 6% incline, 3 min rest. Cool down - total 10K. It felt great! I also did some core strength work and stretching.

Have a great day!

Good morning and here's hoping for a good day. Last night I did NOT run at Runpub, as planned, due to an unscheduled meeting that ran from about 4:30 to 5:30. I might have "just" made it there in time, but a bunch of work came out of that meeting and there was one thing it made more sense to do right away (since it has to flow through a chain and I'm the first link). And that, boys and girls, is why I almost always run Wednesday morning and plan for a double (which rarely happens). I did manage to get out of work in time for the pub, at least.

This morning was about 35 minutes on the elliptical followed by some upper body weights. DH and I have a holiday party to attend tonight, so it's doubtful that I'll get any core work done, but maybe just maybe if we get home early enough I'll do a couple of exercises.

Doing a run to a restaurant this evening for a birthday celebration for one of the gals. Our regular crew is greatly shrunk, everyone else is a work Christmas functions so we had to break down and invite the SO's to join us for dinner.

Grr. My commute on public transit was almost 45 minutes. I went out for my run as soon as I could get home and change. That helped to alleviate the commuting tension.
