Terrific Tuesday

Postby Habs4ever » Tue Nov 25, 2014 8:44 am

I see that there wasn't a Monday thread, so I decided to start Tuesday before it got too late.

I'm not sure if I'm running or not today, but I sure hope to.

Have a great day, Maniacs. :D

Thanks for the start Habs!

Too windy outside! Headed down to the TM and did 10K with 8X2min hills @ 6% incline - just to burn a few more calories.

Haven't had time to come online the last few days, taking a five day intensive French course. Yesterday had 20 minutes on the treadmill (supper delivery interrupted my run...but that was okay). The day before 45 minutes on the treadmill. Starting to get back on track!
