Brisk early morning 14K, footing was good enough that my easy pace no longer started with a 5.

was going to be a no running day, but i was cranky this morning, so i did 4 km to put myself in a better head space before i started (the rest of) my day. bootcamp this afternoon.

Just short of 6k run outside tonight. Did a lot of coughing before and after but was able to do a decent run. Fingers crossed I am on the mend from this miserable cold.
