Re: Fruitful Friday
resting up day!
my cold seems to be running its course, and hopefully I will be ok tomorrow as I'm meeting friends to run at Buntzen Lake. The only time I've run out there was for Diez Vista 50k so I don't know the area at all!

Re: Fruitful Friday
Such beautiful running conditions in the GTA this morning - about 10 C and mostly cloudy - and I got out for a really nice 12 km. The best way to start off the Friday of a long weekend.
