World Running Day WEDNESDAY
I don't know if its a marketing gig for some or a real deal, but happy running day anyway.
I ran 3.6 miles and did elliptical for 15 min.

No running for me today. Just 90 min of cycling with 30 min of those being hill repeats.

Re: World Running Day WEDNESDAY
After two days in a row of cycling, today will be a run day. Distance/pace will be determined based on how my legs feel 24 hours after my big hill workout yesterday.

15K of hilly, humid trail running.
Re: World Running Day WEDNESDAY
8k along the river. Felt humid, which is unusual for here.

4k walking for me. My right knee is still a bit tender.
Re: World Running Day WEDNESDAY
8K for me in the greenbelt. I almost broke my ankle as a 4 inch long garter snake decided to squirm away just as I was approaching it in mid stride, LOL.

Re: World Running Day WEDNESDAY
7 miles on the trails with the puppy (more hiking than running, but a bit of both).
I had set out to recon a loop because a friend wants me to take him out there this weekend. But then there was a side trail that I hadn't explored before so... I ended up going in an entirely different direction. Learned some things though. I love exploring new-to-me networks because you do a section one day, do another section another day, and eventually see how they all tie in to each other and build a mental map. I love the "aha" moments, like today when I came across an intersection that I'd been to before from another direction (and that time I went the wrong way... today I figured out why!).
Headache now though, probably dehydrated. Rectifying that with coffee.

21.1 km with the stroller. Sometimes I get these crazy ideas and this was one of them! Wanted to do it before I went back to work but hadn't planned on doing it today. But, run was going well, baby was sleeping, and weather was great, so I kept going.
