Wake up Wednesday

Postby mlazenby » Wed Nov 18, 2015 7:35 am

24 C and 89% humidity here in Vallarta. I'm heading out shortly to do a couple of miles on the rubberized municipal track nearby. Last time I ran on a track was on the 800m one in Kingston for the Sri Chinmoy 6 hour in 2008!!

Happy Wednesday maniacs

60 min trail run later to check out the storm damage on campus (someone actually pays me for this). And then a 60 min spin with cadence drills.

Awesome 12K in nice November conditions. A wee but of drizzle, but quite warm.

Nothing today. Probably won't run again until Saturday (I'm thinking Tues/Sat for a couple more weeks).

Working "at home" today, which means at a coffee shop with a friend who also works "at home" some days. ;)
