Tis Tuesday

Postby mlazenby » Tue Dec 08, 2015 10:18 am

Had a week off because a friend was visiting Vallarta and we were doing tour-duty. We did do a lot of walking including one accidental jungle hike where we took a wrong turn on the way to a waterfall and ended trekking about an hour straight up a mountain in the jungle.

2 miles today on the municipal track in 17:45 (9:00/8:45)

14K at sunrise. Of course, that's not very hard to do in December.

4km run with the puppy, wherein we found a big new bone for him to chew on... so I carried it home in my jacket pocket and now my whole house stinks like bone. 8)
