5K on the TM with 2:1s followed by a strength workout.

12k at my regional park in ankle deep snow. First set of human tracks amongst the animal tracks again.

Half an hour easy on the treadmill. I find to my dismay that the cable seems to have been cut off on the TVs in our exercise room. I must ask the condo board about that…

A very enjoyable 6.5K after work today.
