After taking yesterday off and using chicken soup, cold meds, and Cold-FX - I felt better today. I was out for 1 1/2 hours of walk/run/walk this morning and went to the gym for 3 hours this afternoon. I did ease up on the tension settings for the elliptical machine and the stationary bike.

4.5K walk this evening with my new Black Diamond hiking poles. Hoping to ease the current pain in my knee with these.....and use them for hiking later.
