Red Friday

My legs and other things were pretty red from the cold today. Should have worn tights, not shorts on this cold wet morning.

Took advantage of the break in the rain to get in 11k this morning. 8)
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

Back to the good weather. Out for a short fartlek run in the morning and 2 1/2 hour workout at the gym in the afternoon.
