Just back from our run group's road trip to the Haunted Hustle in Haileybury/New Liskeard. A great little event done in costumes. We had six participants and snagged one second place and three third place finishes....it is a small crowd. I walked the 10K in 95m18s, using my hiking poles. It took me a K to get the hang of them but then got into the rhythm. No prizes for the walkers as we were not distinguished from the runners in each event.
