All the club "leaders" were away today so I was voluntold that I had to pick the route and lead the run. Such pressure!! ~9k done.

I did about 7K. Roughly 2 of that was on the roads heading to and from the trail, and the other 5 was a snowshoe run through the greenbelt. That was pretty fun and a great leg workout. Heading back home after taking the snowshoes off, my legs felt about 30 pounds lighter, LOL.

5k today on icy back roads. Running in new shoes called icebugs because where I live is never clear road to run on. I am expecting to be a way better runner come clear road season... when there are no ice and snow patches or drifts to slog thru.
