F________ Friday (call it what you will)

Postby BaldGuy » Fri Jan 20, 2017 9:46 am

I couldn't come up with anything for today that was polite, so fill in the blanks.

Same run as yesterday and Monday, about 3K, 20 minutes, 4-and-1s. Lots of things on my mind, so it was good to be out on the street turning things over, making plans. Running = good.

Have a great weekend, folks.

Firetruck!

Usual 14K loop, not as icy as it could have been had it rained yesterday.

Fresh air Friday for me. I put on the shorts and a light jacket and did a nice 12K loop. Despite being overcast and a bit slushy in spots, it was a really nice run. +1 and no wind to speak of.

Funky Friday run In a good way.
I drove into town to run on clear, flat road and thoroughly enjoyed it. 5.5 km and hit a PR.... feeling good!
