Beautiful sunny skies here this morning, but I didn't want to deal with the -20 windchill so I hit the TM for 10K.

10.5K with a couple of friends from our running group. Longest run for a while in great sunshine. Cool to start but soon warmed up. At the start I was still processing the Guinness, Irish whiskey and Pinty's wings from last night. Soccer tonight.

My sister is visiting for the weekend so I dragged her out for 5.4k. Her longest run in many years. It didn't hurt that it was 11C and sunny.

21k, it didn't rain :D so I'm happy. Next week I may ask for more, like sunshine or warmth but for this week the absence of rain was great. The workout was supposed to be 19k but my route choice was vetoed and the alternate route was on the long side.
