3 miles on TM for me. Stressful week! Food poisoning Saturday night, sick cat since last night (2 visits to vet and numerous tests), doctor appointment for me tomorrow, and packing up at work cuz I'm losing my desk (moving to hoteling), fun times for me :?

First trail run of the year on Saturday, Pick Your Poison, anyone else going (I know Chris is)?
