Podium Saturday

Postby Habs4ever » Sat Apr 29, 2017 3:53 pm

3/5/10km races today. Our local Mad Hatters Run club had 8 AG spots, plus RM's very own barebuns1 got 2nd AG. I stuck to my strategy, push but not all out which gave me 3rd AG. Overall a great day.

Nice going!
15K this morning on the trails in Kanata. Faster than last week, so positive signs. Soccer & beer tonight.

Perfect running weather here in Medicine Hat. The Medicine Hat College Rattler Run went well. Nice seeing a fellow Running maniac.

Good run this morning. Schedule called for 32k but I only managed 29k in the time I had available. Missed one seabus (I thought 2minutes would be long enough to get a coffee  so I was late getting to paddling). It's good I got some food though cause it was a pretty intense paddle.

The weather was perfect for running but the rain started for the last half hour of dragon boating so we got soaked. I'm seriously tired of rain
