No sun here, and in fact it snowed a little. Ugh. Spent day getting ready for my trip to visit my sister in Minnesota, but I may yet get in a little run.

Little 30 min run done. I swear it was still lightly snowing. Brr

4km done. It was 18C ideal weather for running. I keep expecting to see my first Rattlesnake of the year! I seen a 1 1/2 Metre bull snake on Saturday, he was not too happy to see me.

Volunteering again with the seniors at pickleball at noon tired me out. Most of these folks are younger than me. Did a nice tempo run on the TM this evening. Walk for 5 minutes to warm up and then 5K at a good pace, followed by 5 minute walk to sort of cool down.
