Mooseless Tuesday.

I ran in a different location, so I really was not expecting to see another moose. It would have been cool if I did. I ran 6km in 29C heat. Almost perfect running weather.

No running today, no moose today, but we did see quite a few antelope while I drove Spirit back to Calgary airport this morning. None on the way home.

5km recovery run done, then taught a cycle HIIT class with minimal effort from me.
If all that you read is everything you believe then let go, then let go, then let go.

Nothing will change if you never choose.

2018 goals: May half marathon, September half marathon
