Trail Tuesday

Heading out to Cyrpress Hills (Elk Water) to run some trails today. Sure hope the tiny black flies are gone that were there last week when we took Spirit for a hike.

4km easy run already done.
If all that you read is everything you believe then let go, then let go, then let go.

Nothing will change if you never choose.

I hope those flies are gone too. Report back on how this went. I'm with you vicariously.

All gone. We ran/hiked/walked up a black trail (hardest) and came down a blue (medium).
10.7km in about 1:36. Tough going, but fun!

Feeling undertrained as I try to fight off this bug and I haven't run much at all. It was cooler today so did 6x800 to see where I'm at. Still not 100% but today's run shows I'm not too far off track.
