Late Monday Thread

Postby Habs4ever » Mon Jun 05, 2017 9:28 pm

I guess everyone was resting today or running late or didn't want to start the daily thread.

I ran late today because it was raining most of the day. Finally got out for 10k on my own, then 4.25 with LTR. I timed it so there wasn't much time between.

Yeah, I ran late and then had to take my shower, then make dinner. Then clean up the kitchen. Anyway, got a short 4.3k in today, in a steady rain.

I'm late to this thread, but on that day I took my mom and brother on a mini-hike to Quarry rock. My mom is pretty out of shape so it was a challenge for her, but it was a lovely day and the view at the top is good. :)

I am skipping a couple of days of running. The back of my right knee is bothering me. I may have stretched a tendon or ligament.
