Struggling Thursday

Postby Habs4ever » Thu Jun 08, 2017 12:41 pm

I got out early for 24km, but struggled the last 3k. I didn't eat breakfast, which for me is a mistake, I know better!

13.5k with 10k tempo done at lunch. I was looking forward to this run since Monday as the forecast called for cooler temps with rain. They were right! Run felt really good.

6k easy run with the gals. My right knee expressed its displeasure at running two days in a row within a week of Sunday's marathon. I won't run again until Sunday so hopefully it will be happier by then.
