Steamy Sunday . . .
Steamy Sunday . . .
Thought I'd be okay getting out at 6:30, should've went out at 4:30 instead, LOL. 9K done in a "starting to get hot in a humidity induced sweat fest"
Re: Steamy Sunday . . .
21.1k at the rainy Manitoba (half) marathon. Perfect for running a half, I'm glad I didn't give in and upgrade to the full at package pick up yesterday, I think I would have been miserable.

Unbelievably and suddenly hot here, too. Humidex was already 31 early this morning, so I'm not running today. Will aim for a morning run tomorrow. It's suddenly summer!

Totally believable that it is hot and humid here. I don't want to know the real feel. 5.5 hours done.

Re: Steamy Sunday . . .
Misty Sunday here, we are starting to despair if the warm weather will ever stay for more than a day at a time.
Did a nice easy 9k, the weather was for me for the run but the damp walk home was a drag.
