Run in the Park Friday

Postby Spirit Unleashed » Fri Jun 23, 2017 8:13 am

Yup! WFH Friday affords me a run in the park. Today: 72 minutes of not very fast running.

No park for me but I did run a 13km steady easy paced run along the ridge overlooking the city.

4km run in my trail shoes. My right calf is still tight but it loosened in a couple of hundred metres.

Hey Sue, do you want some Marathon & Beyond magazines/books? They are free. :)

Too soggy a day to run in the woods. We got about 3 cm of rain in 30 minutes. As soon as that let up I ran up to the high school, under a rainbow sky. :)
