Thick Thursday

Postby Habs4ever » Thu Aug 17, 2017 12:04 pm

The air seems a bit heavy this morning. We had a thunderstorm last night and hoped it would clear out the smoke and haze, but I guess not. Plus, our humidity is 40%, and for us that is high, normally it's 15-20%.

It was a nice evening here in Vancouver/Burnaby. The Vancouver Marathon Society had a garage sale and 6k run event that I and a couple of other folks from my run crew attended. I ran to the event from work for a 5.5k run and then we ran from East Vancouver down to Science World and back for an interesting tour of little seen East Vancouver. I cut a few tangents on the return run so I ended up doing another 5.5k.

I picked up a $5 hat and a $5 technical shirt, neither of which I really need but ... $5.

$5 is too good to pass up :)

I did a treadmill run last night....short but didn't feel like running in the rain.
