Went to the gym and did the exercise bike for 15minutes, a bit of upper body strength and stretch.

Perfect running conditions this morning. 8) 10.3 K
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

Perfect running conditions here, too. Covered 8.3k today, walking and run/walking.

The hardest part getting this morning's run done before work was getting out of bed! 20k w/ 16 at MP. Felt smooth and in control making me think the training effect is kicking .
