Back to school Tuesday
Back to school Tuesday
3 mi walk again today. Good to have a routine starting again
Re: Back to school Tuesday
5.77km today. Quite smoky out there. The smells while running by the ocean reminded me of backpacking and building a fire on the beach. The mountains are completely hidden because of the haze.
Re: Back to school Tuesday
1km with our Boxer, Hugo. I am planning a longer run later.

Re: Back to school Tuesday
The smoke from various forest fires has moved back into the skies around Vancouver making for very interesting light all day.
The haze kept the temperatures a bit cooler which made the humidity a bit more bearable.
Did our usual Tuesday night 6ish km, it was starting to feel tough by the end, the air quality was getting to me a bit.
