Merry Christmas RMers!!!

13.1 miles in Seabrook trails. I actually wore my toque. (it is a toque because someone from Canada gave it to me.)

Me too - very slow on messy/icy roads - on Canada's other coast :). Merry Christmas & happy holidays everyone!
We train more joyfully and productively when we focus on the now, rather than on our future race day performance. It's a long road from here to there with many miles to go. We need to run each one. Accept where you are today and simply be thankful for the work you've accomplished. KA

Merry Christmas all! I had a break day, as my legs are dead from a snowshoe run on Saturday, followed up by a snow run yesterday. I have to do something tomorrow to work off some of the turkey, LOL!

I went and did a chilly 5km. My thumbs got a little cold and near the end I could feel my feet getting cold. Even though I wore my trail shoes. Maybe my feet got a little wet.
