RM, in general, is mostly a "D-R-A-M-A" free zone and we all conduct ourselves as adults...well, most of us, most of the time
... but nevertheless, the job of a Mod or Admin is still a tough one, and often people will question their decisions or actions that are being made for the "Greater Good" of the site and community as a whole.I was recently made an Admin on a FaceBook group, kinda by surprise, and the next 24 hours was the most stress I've felt in a very long time. I had less stress Chairing a Board of Directors of a not-for-profit for 2 years.
So that said, Holly, Marg and Nick....Thank you for all you do.
