Changing email address for notifications

Sorry, I haven't managed to figure this out. How do I update the email address associated with my RM membership, to get notifications of forum postings? The one I'm using now is iffy and I'll be getting rid of it soon. Thanks.

i think it's: user control panel > profile > edit account settings.

Yes...and changing your e-mail address will disable your account temporarily until I can re-activate it.
