Oct - Pace Bunny - Toronto Scotia Waterfront
Dec - Reggae Marathon in Jamaica

We train more joyfully and productively when we focus on the now, rather than on our future race day performance. It's a long road from here to there with many miles to go. We need to run each one. Accept where you are today and simply be thankful for the work you've accomplished. KA

Nice month Habs.

I had some foot issues so I took 5 days off after the Fall Classic half. The foot is fine now so the break was good but I'm still mindful about my right AT. I also received an unexpected forerunners $20 gift card in the mail today for running the half.

Total mileage was 186 km.

I ended up with 207 km in November. I will likely aim for similar mileage this month.
